Let's walk through the entire process, step by step, so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you request a quote to your first regular cleaning.
Step 1: You Book Your In-Person Quote Online
You go our website and pick a date and time that works for you directly on our calendar. No back-and-forth, no waiting to hear from us.
As soon as you book, you get a confirmation email letting you know it's locked in, along with the date and time I will be at your home.
That's it. You've already got a walkthrough scheduled without a single phone call or email.
Step 2: The In-Person Quote Visit
This takes about 15 minutes.
I come to your home and we walk through together. This is also when I get to meet your pets, which is honestly one of my favorite parts.
During the walkthrough, I'm asking:
What's important to you? Are there specific areas you want extra attention on, or areas we should avoid?
What's your ideal frequency? Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly?
Which rooms get used the most? This helps me understand where buildup happens fastest.
I'm also looking at:
Furniture types and how much there is
Appliances and their condition
Baseboards, cabinets, types of flooring and general layout
Overall size and complexity of the space
Why this matters: All of this helps me understand how long your home will actually take to clean properly. That's what determines your price and how we schedule your team.
You don't need to prep or clean before this visit. I want to see your home as it would be normally on a regular visit.
Step 3: We Put Together Your Quote
After the walkthrough, I head back to the office and build out your quote.
This includes:
Your price based on your home's specific needs
A proposed date for your first deep clean
A regular day for your ongoing recurring visits
You'll receive this within 24 hours, sent through our quoting system by email or text, whichever you prefer.
Step 4: You Review and Approve
Through our quoting system, you can:
Approve the quote as-is
Request changes (different frequency, adjust areas of focus, etc.)
Ask questions before deciding
There's no deposit and no commitment required to get a quote. You're free to think it over, compare, or ask questions before approving anything.
Step 5: We Get You on the Books
Once you approve:
We schedule your first deep clean, usually within a week or so
We schedule your ongoing recurring visits (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, based on what you chose)
Important to know: Your first deep clean might not land on the same day as your regular recurring visits.
Why? Deep cleans take longer, so we schedule them around our team's other recurring clients to make sure you get the time you actually need. Your regular visits going forward will always fall on the same day and roughly the same time.
Step 6: We Collect Your Details
Before your first visit, we'll reach out to get some practical information:
Where should we put your garbage?
Any parking notes we should know about?
How will we access your home? (Key, code, you'll be there, etc.)
Any other specifics that'll help your team on day one
This makes sure your first visit goes smoothly without any confusion about logistics.
Step 7: You Get a Reminder Text
The day before every visit, you'll receive a reminder letting you know:
What time we're coming
Who's on your team that day
You're never wondering "wait, is today the day?" We keep you in the loop every time.
Step 8: Your First Deep Clean Happens
Your team arrives within the scheduled window. This first visit is a deep clean, meaning it takes longer than your regular visits going forward.
This is your team getting your home to baseline and setting the standard for future cleanings.
You can be home or not, whatever you prefer. Most clients aren't home, but being there for the first visit to say hello is completely optional.
Step 9: Your Recurring Schedule Begins
After your first deep clean, you're officially on the schedule.
Same day, same rough time, every week, two weeks, or four weeks, depending on what you chose.
From here, it's simple:
You get a reminder text the day before
Your team shows up and cleans
You come home to a clean house
